21km ECP Run on 7 Aug morning




improvement was marginal (+1min only) but at least i managed to clock a long run this week. Best thing is that i forgot to stop the timing on my Garmin 405CX after arriving at destination......

looking at your pacing, I think u can try being disciplined in starting slower, say at a pace of 6min 15 sec/km, and maintaining that pace throughout.. u'll prob find that you could potentially run faster (prob 6min/km) at the last 5 km....

I wanna run below 2:15hr and I will try to regulate my pace during my AHM run in Sept.
