Self Massage Tool - The FITBAR

My sis bought me a Fitbar today and I trialed on it. The bar is really a good self-massaging tool for relieving muscle aches. In my opinion, I feel that it is more cost effective to acquire the fitbar($30-40++) rather than going for high cost massages or purchasing high-ended massaging machines. My new 'skins' for my foot

Bought my new shoes yesterday and tested it out this morning. This is a minimalist shoe with protection and no cushioning. Even though my body was still aching from the 16km run yesterday, I manage to clock a 55min for a 9km run. This is not bad for a snail runner. :)
