Without any knowledge of 'how to cook a crab', I have been gathering the recipes from friends for the past few months.
My wife and I have never try it as we have no time for it. But this morning, out of impulse, I purchased 5 'tiny' crabs while I was hunting for breakfast in the market.
We started preparing and cooking the crab and we ended up having a good and delicious lunch.
In my opinion, the crabs we cooked have scored 4 star out of 5 :)
Let me share my recipe with you :)
Our recipe was very simple.
1- Throw the crabs into the freezer for 2 hours. This will hibernate the crabs!
2- Take out the crabs and wash it with cool water, and place it in wok.
3- Boil water (add vinegar into the water), sliced ginger, seafood soya sauce and some ginseng wine are added to the dish.
4- Once water is boiled, steam the crab for 30-35 minutes.
5- 35 minutes later, the crab is ready!
p/s - Pls remember to remove the gills of the crab as it is not so delicious.
