I started my week by doing interval running (4 x 800m) + 10km around my lake.
interval training
lap 1 - 3min20sec
lap 2 - 3min 25sec
lap 3 - 3min 33sec
lap 4 - 4min 5sec (trying to relax so that I can run when i reach home :P)
10km run around the lake was easy but the legs couldn't recover enuff to maintain my 'standard'. I completed it at 1hr6min30sec.......
Anyway, timing is not very important as I m trying to clock more mileage to prepare myself for 28 May Sundown Marathon :)

Anyway, i was very sad that i did not clocked 42 km last week (only clock 29.7km). haiz.....
