Completed my HM in 2:40hr this evening.
It's my Personal Worst Timing!!!
What Went Well!
- I ran in the end :)
What went wrong!
- Didn't do sufficient maintenance run and technique drill over the week.
- Didn't clear my stomach fully, this resulted me to go to the toilet at the 15km mark... and wasted significant timings and lost momentum for the last 6km (i ended up walking)...
- Didn't hydrate myself enough...
What can be done better!
- To include at least 1 x 10 km run & technique drills on Tuesday/Wednesday.
- To clear my stomach before any runs.
- To drink enough water daily.
