In preparation of newton 30km and FM, I have extended my training distance (from 21 km to 26km).
HR hovered at 144 and pace was slightly below 7min/km, I think I need to run longer distances in order to condition my legs so that I can work them harder.
btw, for those ppl who are participating in the FM in Dec, it's the appropriate time for you to clock at least 25-30km soon.....
