Newton 30km run on 10-10-10

Despite of the drizzle before the start of the run, having a bad stomachache at the 10km mark onwards and some strain on my right feet, I managed to complete the 30km run/walk/crawl just under 4hr.

Thinking aloud, I guess the 'dough' does matter after all. If I am not a born runner, there is no way i can run faster no matter how hard I have been training over the few months. haiz......

Contrary to my thoughts of alot of congestion along the route, I was quite surprise that there was literally none less the slight congesting at the start point during flag off.

It was cloudy during the run but there were alot of strong wind during the run, darn tough to run against the wind. I think it is due to the earlier rain....

The logistics for the run was quite good as there are sufficient water, isotonic drinks, mars bar and powergel.

One thing the organiser MUST improve is that they must give us recognition for the 30km runners, specially designed 30km tshirt and medal MUST be given to the 30 km participants (instead of being a cheapo and mass produce tshirt and medal for 18km and 30km runners).
