Newton Run 2010 - 10 Oct 10

Well, I had completed several Half Marathons over the past few months, the next mileage I wanted to conquer before Dec FM would be 30km.

Searching thru the web, I found out that Newton would be organising a 30km Run in East Coast Park on 10 Oct 10 (auspicious date - 101010) and the cut-off time was extended from 3.5hr to 5.5hr. I guessed the organisers have finally realised that participation rate would be poor as majority of us (the 'serious' leisure runners) would not sign up as we are unable to complete it within the initial stipulated cut-off time,

In anycase, I (the snailrunner) had signed up for the run and will try my best once again.
